What can I do from the dashboard?


The Dashboard is the heart of Xerlife and is designed to be quick and easy to use. It allows you to enter your initial measurements and populates the graphs and charts that enables you to track your progress against NHS guidelines. All the data you enter is stored by Xerlife so as well as being able to see a snapshot of your current stats you can also flip the graph and view your historic records.
It also allows you to enter your information about the food you have eaten, the exercise you have taken and your mood.  This is regardless of whether the food or exercise has been taken from the Xerlife food plans or exercise videos. This data is then added to your stats and displayed on the dashboard. If you decide to stick to an Xerlife 7 day food plan rather than choose ad hoc dishes via the food plan page the system provides a shopping list for that week for 1 or 2 people.
From the dashboard you can access the full database of Xerlife recipes complete with ingredients and methods all of which can be eaten at any time. They include a filter so you can eat vegetarian, pescatarian or omnivorous, or a mixture of all three. All the recipes are low in fat and sugar and have no dairy or wheat or processed foods in them.
Via the dashboard you can access all your account information, update passwords etc, in addition to linking with your partner. You can also change your fitness level as you progress, add a profile picture, link to your Personal Trainer and change the units of measurement.
